Overview

What are we building?

We're building a new category of 3D printers to manufacture the impossible. Our multi-material resin printing platform enables applications ranging from dental manufacturing to printed electronics. We have nearly 20 paid pre orders and are raising $2M to deploy 100 printers into dental labs.

How do we make money?

  1. Sell printers ($5K–$10K depending on version)
  2. Recurring consumables (resins, vats)
  3. High-margin conductive resin
  4. Retail products + teaming with existing creative teams

What’s our traction / why do we win?

We win because our founding team combines deep hardware execution with proven distribution. Eric has spent 9+ years designing, building, and manufacturing resin printers. His obsession with 3D printing began in high school, made printers throughout college, and worked on the hardware team at an industrial resin printer company for 4 years. He quit his job to work on Polysynth full time. Tommy has run 100+ marketing campaigns with bulk content and in-depth storytelling, and has executed real-life activations.

As complexity increases, traditional 3D printing becomes exponentially more expensive and labor intensive. Polysynth keeps everything in one machine, one print, with color, materials, and function built in.

Polysynth is a 3D resin company building a new category of 3D printers. Instead of printing parts that require assembly, we print complete, finished products directly out of the machine.

From idea to product in a single print.

How does it work?

  1. A design contains multiple materials (color, flexibility, conductivity)
  2. The printer dynamically switches between materials mid-print
  3. A proprietary cleaning system removes residual resin between transitions
  4. The output is a fully finished, multi-material product

No assembly. No painting. No post-processing.
